Very nice estate wine produced by a superb Domaine located in Morey-St-Denis. Auxey-Duresses is a small village in the Côte de Beaune that produces 100% pinot noir red wines.

Purple ruby color and when swirling the glass, beautiful aromas of strawberries, blackcurrant with a floral side that seduces the olfactory. The mouth is ample, perfectly ripe and well balanced with soft and silky tannins. A wine already very accessible, seductive and delightful.

The grapes, harvested by hand, are transported quickly and gently in small boxes of 20 kgs to the winery to avoid crushing the berries, which can cause oxidation and uncontrolled pre-fermentation maceration. The harvest is sorted in order to complete a final fine selection of ripe grapes.
