In the glass, its elegant golden color and fine, continuous bubbles immediately attract attention. On the nose, its complex, refined profile reveals citrus notes of pineapple and grapefruit, accompanied by ripe Reinette apples. Subtle touches of brioche, salted butter, ginger and aniseed also emerge. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and well-balanced, with marked saline acidity. Flavors deepen the complexity perceived on the nose, leading to a clean, long finish, with a sweet suggestion of lemon cream lingering.
