Tasting Notes
The deep gold color is enlivened by fine, persistent perlage, the signature of long ageing on the lees. Made from equal parts Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, this expressive champagne blends white flowers, hawthorn, toast, almond paste and ripe fruit on the nose. On the palate, the freshness of the Chardonnay combines with the roundness of the Pinots in a silky, elegant texture. Mellow aromas blossom to a long, harmonious, fruity finish. A refined, gourmet, structured champagne.

Vinification and Aging
A blend of several years' production, Brut Classic includes 20 to 40% reserve wines each year to guarantee consistency and complexity. Produced from a rigorous selection of 20 to 30 Marne crus, it is an equal blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. This perfect balance between grape varieties, combined with the richness of the terroirs, shapes the harmony and signature of the "Maison" style.
Ageing: 3 to 4 years in the cellar.

Orders will be delivered to one of the 145 SAQ locations authorized to handle private imports. You will be asked to select the SAQ location where you wish to collect your order.
Please note that we currently do not offer home delivery.
