Tasting Notes
The Alta Langa Limited Edition is crafted from a careful selection of crus located at an average altitude of 500 meters above sea level, ensuring a fresh and fruity character. With a minimum aging period of 30 months, it achieves a remarkable aromatic complexity. The wine has a pale straw-yellow color with green undertones. Its nose evokes aromas of honey, white peaches, grapefruit, and basil. On the palate, it offers a savory sensation, with a persistent effervescence and a sweet, lasting finish.

Vinification and Aging
Vinification: The grapes are hand-harvested into 20 kg crates and then directly transferred to the press, where they are gently and softly crushed. The resulting must is moved to temperature-controlled tanks for static decanting, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a low temperature (18-20°C). Once fermentation is complete, the wine is left on its fine lees for several months. During this period, the cuvée is created by blending wines from the selected crus. In the spring, a second fermentation occurs in the bottle, followed by maturation on the lees in the cool, dark cellars, adhering to the strict guidelines for producing "Spumante Metodo Classico" (Classic Method Sparkling Wine).

Orders will be delivered to one of the 145 SAQ locations authorized to handle private imports. You will be asked to select the SAQ location where you wish to collect your order.
Please note that we currently do not offer home delivery.
