Vinification and Aging
The grapes are partially de-stemmed and fermented at 28°C for seven days. The pressed wine and free-run wine is aged separately and gently filtered prior to blending and bottling.

SAQ Pickup
Orders will be delivered to one of the 145 SAQ locations authorized to handle private imports. You will be asked to select the SAQ location where you wish to collect your order.
Please note that we currently do not offer home delivery.

Service Fees
The service fees will be paid to GALLEON when your order is placed on our website (galleonwines.ca) and the product cost is payable to the SAQ at the pickup location.
