Tasting Notes
One of Burgundy's greatest wines, to be tasted with admiration and respect. Its color is an intense gold. On the nose, subtle nuances of rose, fresh almond, citrus, honey, exotic wood and spices. The palate is majestic and well-balanced. Generous yet lively. Intense, complex finish. All the aromas blend together and linger for a long time. A wine of undeniable majesty.

Vinification and Aging
Vinification: slow pressing in a pneumatic press. The juice from the last press is separated from the free-run juice. The juice is transferred to barrels after light settling.
Ageing: alcoholic fermentation, malolactic fermentation and ageing are carried out in oak barrels. The proportion of new barrels is around 30%.
Aging lasts between 18 and 21 months.
Origin of wood: oak from French high forest.
