Tasting Notes
The Aria di Caiarossa 2018 presents a deep ruby color with subtle purple glints. Its nose reveals a complex bouquet of ripe blackberries, blueberry jam, verbena, and a hint of dark chocolate. On the palate, it opens with a bold character, supported by tightly structured tannins and a compact core that shows impressive grip without overwhelming the senses. The finish is layered with savory nuances, leading to a long, persistent length. A wine of remarkable depth and refinement.

Vinification and Aging
Winemaking: Each plot and grape variety is vinified separately in both concrete and wooden tanks, allowing for slow fermentations and gentle extractions.
Aging: After malolactic fermentation is complete, the wine chosen for Aria di Caiarossa is blended, then aged for around 13 months in French oak barriques.
