Tasting Notes
The Bourgogne Côte d'Or 2022 is a standout from a rising estate in the Côte de Beaune, led by the dynamic Vincent Ravaut. With the 2021 vintage already a success, this 2022 release is equally impressive, showcasing the elegance of a perfectly ripe Burgundy Pinot Noir. The wine presents a vibrant crimson red color, with a sparkling ruby sheen. On the nose, it offers an enticing bouquet of ripe raspberry and cherry, complemented by subtle hints of licorice and fine oak. The palate is ample and welcoming, with round, silky tannins that make it very approachable. The finish is persistent, with a beautiful fruitiness that leaves the wine feeling greedy and satisfying. A well-crafted Burgundy, offering immense pleasure in every sip.
