Tasting Notes
This Château Lamothe-Cissac Haut-Médoc 2019 is distinguished by its deep, sustained ruby color. The nose reveals a rich, complex aromatic palette, blending notes of red fruit, such as blackcurrant, with hints of cooked fruit and sweet spices, with perfectly integrated vanilla aromas. Harmonious balance on the palate, with supple, generous tannins leading to a delicate finish. This wine has good cellaring potential, and will evolve over the years, expressing subtle notes of undergrowth and smokiness, adding to its complexity and character.

Vinification and Aging
The grapes are 100% destemmed. Modern vat adapted to the vinification of red wines from our region. 2 to 3 daily pump-overs during vinification help monitor fermentation. Long maceration periods of 4 to 6 weeks. Micro-oxygenation in vats reinforces tannic structure and color intensity.
Aging in oak barrels for around 12 months. To clarify the wines and provide them with the oxygenation required for maturation, rackings are scheduled according to the tastings carried out by the technical team.
